Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please read our refund and return policy below.

1. Wrong or Damaged Item

If you receive a wrong or damaged medicine, inform us within 24 hours with a photo if possible. We will replace the item or refund the amount for that item.

2. Unopened & Sealed Products

Unopened, sealed products in original packaging may be returned within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to our verification. Medicines that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Prescription / Expiry

We ensure medicines are within validity. If you receive an expired or near-expiry product, we will replace it or refund. Please check expiry at the time of delivery.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are made via cash (if possible) or bank transfer within 5–7 working days after we approve the return/refund.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible; in such cases our return policy applies.

6. Non-Refundable

Delivery charges (if paid) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side. Custom or special-order items may have different rules; we will inform you at the time of order.
