Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp. Payment is collected on delivery (cash/card as per our availability). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.
For prescription-only medicines, you may be asked to share a valid prescription. We do not supply prescription drugs without proper verification where required by law.
Delivery is within Najibabad and as per our shipping policy. Free delivery may apply above a minimum order value. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control are not our liability.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our liability is limited to the order value.
